Prices

The rental rates per person are the same throughout the year.

The price includes once weekly change of linen and final cleaning of house

210 Euro per adult per week

175 Euro per child per week - under the age of 12

Examples per week

6 adults = 1,260 Euro
8 adults = 1,680 Euro
10 adults = 2,100 Euro
12 adults = 2,520 Euro
14 adults = 2,940 Euro

There is a minimum price for one week = 1,260 Euro

Payment details

Payments are made by bank transfer in Euros.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is required to secure a booking.

The remaining balance is required six weeks before arrival.

Change-over times

The house will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
