The rental rates per person are the same throughout the year.

The price includes gas, electricity, provision of linen and final cleaning of house

Examples per week

6 guests = 1,260 Euro
8 guests = 1,680 Euro
10 guests = 2,100 Euro
12 guests = 2,520 Euro
14 guests = 2,940 Euro


There is a minimum price for one week = 1,260 Euro

Payment details

Payments are made by bank transfer in Euros.

A non-refundable deposit of one third of the total rent is required to secure a booking.

The remaining balance is required six weeks before arrival.
